Im not 100% sure, but I would say "NO".
As Titanium is one of the most expensive metals, and damn hard, which makes it ungodly hard to work with, getting a cam made of Titanium would be at least a 5 figure $xx,xxxx item, and would more than likely be a custom made. Hell, I don't even think Formula 1 cars use Titanium Cams!
I have heard of Titanium Valve springs, but as our engines cannot/do not spin to high RPM, we really don't need them.

WHOA, nevermind. I'm not real engine literate, but I was talking to a friend about cams and he mentioned something about getting titanium cams, he might have been a little wasted or something(to tell you the truth I was a little myself too, sshhh).
