I just found a replacement OEM release/ throwout bearing here for like 33 if that's a bit closer to what you wanna pay.

it took me about 5 minutes to get the TOB off. It's easy. You just gotta look in the space between the TOB and the pressure plate. It is kinda hard to find, but once you do you'll see it's just a little clip holding it in. If you expand the clip the TOB will come right off with just a bit of pressure. I wish I had known that before I took a 4 foot prybar to mine.
