Default Throw away the IM...

Guys i saw a Korean tib that didnt use the intake manifold normal tibs have. That tib had four separate holes probably one for each of the four cylinders at the position where our IM is situated.
What are the gains of this system??In my country is called 4butterfly system, and the most famous brand is JENVEY.Does any other manufacturer builds systems for tibs?Waiting for opinions...

The Quad TB modification CAN be done on a street car, depending on your local laws and how they are enforced.

The 4-TB mod requires the use of 4 seperate MAP sensors and also requires that you use a Haltec EK6 or similar FULL ECU REPLACEMENT device.

The Tuning of them is fairly trickey...and they STILL only put out about 200 HP to the wheels max.

From Random´s words i understand that the whole cost should be about the same with a turbo kit so it doesnt worth the b8ucks

No...200 Wheel HP...total. And they cost about $4000 to install and setup properly.

Yeah, you're right.I was thinking of that madification and i had made some research few months ago.The general idea was that i should pay at least $2500$(1million Drx) to have extra 30-40 hp(Axion Design said). No Sh*t!(I Said) Also there is NOT (in Greek market) a specific kit for tiburon. So you've got to take a 4 butterflys from Jenvey, ECU and new pair of cams. Next....So I thought why not.....Zex kit + pistons+ programmed ECU =......more or less 80-100hp.What do think does it worth it????
