Pics of engine components
Engine components are back from the shop.Here are some pics of the components and what work they did on each.Please forgive my english all of you.Here in PR spanish is the main language.
First is the engine block.As you can see is painted and all the seals were changed.
Then they bored the Cyl.walls.And honed them
The crank was balanced and blueprinted.
The stock rods were modified to fit the new floating pins and were also balanced.The cat was not hurt or mishandle during this shooting smile.gif

The cylinder head was ported and got an angle job work with copper valve guides inserts and new seals.
The lightened flywheel at the right in this pic is the one we used in Raf car for a year with good results.You can see the lip was taken off to make it about 4 pounds lighter than the stock one.They balanced both and rectify them for me to choose one.

The controversial UR crankpulley with the stock one.The engine was balanced with the stock unit and the builder gave me the go to use the Light version with my set up.He also told me that the problems related to engine with the pulleys are more prone with high rev engines.
And at last the pistons.Here you can see the ring lands and compare from the stock ones.Also the top is dished for lower compression.
