Just two questions. I understand everything that was sayed in this thread. No need to reiterate anything. If you used the 4-2-1 headers and left the line at 2000rpm, would you notice any significant jump than with the 4-1 at the same rpms? I've read that 4-2-1 headers are "better" with 5spd, in a nutshell, is this a correct statement? thanks guys.

Unfortunately, there's no way to tell. The whole euphamism of "4-2-1 headers give better torque, 4-1 headers gives more HP" is entirely flawed. It 100% depends on how they're built and tuned from the manufacturer.

If you for some reason did launch your car at 2,000 RPM's, even if you had a proper header that gave you more torque than others, the motor (at that low RPM level) is still very weak. You would be much better served by raising your launch speed rather than trying to find a part that would allow it. Even the positive-displacement blowers for our cars don't generate enough torque at 2000 RPM's to be useful for drag-launches.

What really needs to happen is, someone needs to take their car and their header to a dynoshop and run back-to-back with stock, 4-2-1, and 4-1 exhaust setups. This would be the only true way to know how each one helps.

Unfortunately, it takes money AND time to do this, and that's something that not everyone has.
