Default suggestions on mufflers- puhleeese!!

I am going to be getting a cai in the next couple weeks, and I wanted to get a muffler to go along with it. I know that it would make it sound alot better and for now..I'm looking for a gr8 sound. I am undecided on what kind to get! I am going to eventually buy the whole exhaust system, but for now, I want to get some other mods accomplished. Can anyone give me some suggestions on some of 'em? I am going to be ordering the front strut from pps and was thinking about getting a muffler from them at the same time. What do you guys think? Here is the link...
PPS
I don't have to get it from there, any help at all would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks

5zigen, Apex international, and blitz all make bad ass sounding universal mufflers. They mostly have a deep throaty sound. I have heard that hayame is a pretty good muffler too. Weapon R makes some, but I havent heard one. You can get any of these mufflers from $180-220 dollars.

Thank ya for the info There are just so many that I've read about and heard recomendations about and they claim to be the leading product so it's kinda hard to make a decision.

Find a car you like the sound of. Ask the owner what exhaust mods/brand he has.

That's the best way.

The Brullen cat back is among the best made, not pretty but it's between them and Mbrp for the best.
