You have another south bend rally spec? If you do I'll take it off your hands for sure depending on the price. I need to pick one up this summer.

well im looking around on the clutchnet site. they dont seem to have a 6puck sprung disk. i really want the 6puck because i think i'm leaning toward turboing over the winter and i want something that will be good for that application to. really i just want to spend under 300 on a clutch that will take any abuse that i could give to it.

does anyone know how to put together clutch kits on clutchnet?? if you do, which set up is going to be able to take the abuse that i plan to give to it for the money i have to spend.

also i looked at work today and a flywheel for us is about 140bucks with the core so i might as well get the aftermarket flywheel and settle on a clutch that isnt the ACT or if it is then its the ACT on a really good deal.

Here is a 6 puck sprung ACT kit, http://www.carolinaclutch.com/ShowItem/100670.aspx Says it will hold up to 303lbs torque or 40% over stock. This one is $313.

At clutchnet.com select clutch kits at the top right. Select Hyundai Tiburon in the drop down box and hit search. Select 6 button E-Z Lock (sprung hub) clutch for Hyundai Tiburon (1997-01 2.0). Then go to page two and select Red 2X racing level pressure plate for Hyundai Tiburon (1997-01 2.0). Should come to $400 before shipping. This one says it will hold 25-55% over stock but doesn't give a specific lbs.

I am in need of replacing my clutch as well, I am currently at 308lbs torque. Would I be better off replacing with the same setup I have which is the clutchnet one?

the act with street disc can hold around 10 psi of boost if you're nota dragstrip addict
the act with 4 or 6 pucks will hold much more but is a bit more "unpleasant" for traffic use
