20001 with automatic trans - When it's cold it seems to be alright, but after it warms up awhile, it will start slipping out of overdrive until it finally wont go into overdrive at all. The trans fluid is full and has 105,000 miles on it. I know nothing about these tansmissions, so if anyone has any ideas - they would be helpful.

First thing to do is change your transmission fluid, it can cause all sorts of crazy problems in Tibs. I don't drive an automatic. So unless you have a Check Engine Light, I don't have much else to say.
