im going to agree with that, im a big guy and i sit as far back as my seat will go. i dont want to have to reach and kill myself everytime i need to shift... i guess the Rside would be better for short people who sit close to the steering wheel.... i like the B&M, its a nice comfortable height

Well, I'm 6'1" and I weigh in at about 250, and I have no problem with the RSA. Redz is a rather, shall we say, "built", guy, and he doesn't seem to have a big problem either. Maybe we just don't sit or lean far enough back.

if you like to lean back like me man, dont waste money on rside wich is more expensive and useless since ull leave it full height.
B&M i got mine for about 125$ CAN at local dealer, its my friend who works there so i dont know for you, but ask some of the peeps that were in the group buy for the Advanced RSIDE who had B&M before they could sell you for a good price. Try EBAY too.

just teasin you man, i just think B&M did a better job with the PLUG N PLAY thing, showing more effort in desingning, since with RSIDE you still got to screw around with cable and ****, eventhough it shouldnt take more than a few mins and a beer.

PS if you feel like breaking your kidneys and have back pains reaching for a short height like the RSIDE, just SAW off your B&M and rethread whootidoo! Takes less time sawing off and rethreading than trial and error playing with cables and stuff... IMO

It has nothing to do with Kspec.com, if someone else sold it, I'd tell you the same.

Plug & Play? WTF? The B&M is CLUNKY into the shifts, and often binds making you have to SHOVE it to shift it. How is that a better design than the RSA, that allows you to just shift? You don't HAVE to mess with any cables, mine is fine, it barely touches the rim of the shift housing, how often do you POWER shift into 1st anyways?

The RSA is a better lighter design all around, it's shorter, has a shorter throw, so how is the B&M designed better? Because it's bent towards the driver? I'm 5 foot 11 and 245 pounds, my seat is one click from being all the way back, I've got no problems at all with reaching the RSA at the end of every shift. I have 2 degrading disks in my back and no problems at all. I've adjusted no cables at all and have no problems.

The short of it, if you want the B&M, get it, the shifts aren't as good, and it's clunky, still an improvement over the OEM shifter. If you are a tall troll with short arms and power shift into 1st like you are Rick James hitting a biatch, then don't get the RSA.

Take it from someone that had the B&M installed for 3 years, and now the RSA for 1 month.

Word, I don't do the "Vato Lean" in my car, the seat is in a pretty much normal position. If you guys are leaning way back in the seat like you are still in Highschool, then yes, the RSA will be a problem.

As for cost, you'll find the B&M at best for about 118 bucks. Then add S/H. The RSA is $135 shipped.

Are you a frickin idiot? How is it useless? Expensive? You'll pay almost as much for the B&M shipped, not to mention tax if you get it locally.

Why don't you grow up and sit up in the car? Kids lay down in the car. If someone got the RSA, why the hell would they leave it at the full height?

I just said my opinion i didnt want a kindergarden fight over this. the guy asked for opinions, we all have diffent taste period. I gave mine you gave yours, but dont flame what i say. let the guy decide what he wants and other users share their opinions.

and if you read carefully, the guy said HE LIKES TO LEAN BACK when driving, so

And as much as i respect you for supporting this site and its users, i really dont see why you are immature enough to call me an idiot, your like 10 years older than me and you are insulting me, i though one of the rules was not to insult other users... PRACTICE WHAT you PREACH PLEASE
