I would expect that if SR is willing to put it up there, it'd fit just fine.

And if flows similar to the HKS, then I'm there hands down.

Is there going to be a water bypass filter available for sale?

A friend of mine had the sponge type and it eventually broke down and got sucked into the engine and the idle sensor (that Bosch idle sensor is expensive). And it doesn't filter smaller objects as good as paper type. It will not last as long as the paper type as well. Don't let the look fool you.

Highest flow, and least likely to get injested by the turbo are my two criteria.

Oh, and I want yellow! smile.gif

I like #21, simple, classy, has a somewhat different design on the top of the filter (any1 know why?) and matches my car (blue).

I heard that the inverted cone on the top of most filter designes (#8, #7, #4, #3, #2, #1) acutally restrict air flow at higher rpms (courtesy of K&N research & development.) That's why #21 might not have that problem becuase it seems a little wider at the top. I don't even see a filter element at all... yes? no? What do you guys think?

Rich.

That's my vote, too. I'm not messing with foam. 245 looks like a bug/tar remover you get at pep boys.

I like #18..the red matches my color scheme under the hood. It looks see-throughish which I like also...
