I called blake up to talk to him about the turbo and what I could do I was informed that it didnt come off a 6 litter but it came off a 3.9 litter cummings desil. Would that seem a little more reasonable?
or is it still not fesable? The compressor housing is about 5 1/2"diamiter and the turbine housing is about 4 1/2" total width is about 8" still extremely huge but dose this sound more resonable?
I do plan on a coustom manifold intercooler external wastegate blitz blow off valve (fuel management ecu? unsure of what will be required besides upgraded injectors and pump)suggestions? wiesco pistons and cower rods. Blake also had his turbo mounted off to the side of the motor with quite a bit of manifold which caused the turbo to spool a little late and hit f'n hard(what he told me) Dose this sound a little more reasonable or do I still need to go smaller? and what would you suggest for up to 25lbs max boost?
