Rad Drain
Alright, thanks for all the input guys. Appreciate it.
I'll just flush it out with water then, as money is tight and it's just a "while the hoses are off" kind of thing, and not really needed.

Park in an area where you can let a lot of dirty water/old coolant spill, or get a huge container
Buy a new bottle of antifreeze
Unscrew the radiator cap
Unscrew the radiator drain cock
Let all the coolant drain
Stick a garden hose into the radiator cap hole
Turn the hose on LOW
Start the car
Run the car for 5-10 minutes
You should see a lot of dirty water spilling out
After 5-10 minutes (or whenever you see clear water coming out), turn the car and the hose off
Pour the new antifreeze into the radiator cap until the radiator is full, and also refill the coolant reservoir. Keep in mind that there is probably some water left in the block/water pump/coolant system, so don't dillute 50/50, 70/30 is probably the best bet.

Actually, you are supposed to used DISTILLED water, because the impurities in drinking water cause scale and buildup in your cooling system, not to mention they promote rust.
You should flush it, as said above, then flush it with some distilled water, THEN fill it with your desired antifreeze (you SHOULD use the premix stuff, as it's got DISTILLED water, and not tap water, and it's not THAT expensive).
How often do you do your antifreeze? Exactly, do it right.
Yeah, you can use regular water, and I know I did last time, but I've read a bunch about it lately and will make sure I do it right this time.

No shop or dealership will use distilled water either. And its like 12 a gallon for straight and 10 for premix or something. I dont think thats worth it at all. And I fluch mine every year and a half or two years and never have buildup. I change the T-stat also and its fine.
Okay, well it's always good to get all the opinions. Does anyone know how much volume should be in the rad? I'll should have the time to flush it tomorrow night. How big of a catch pail should I have on hand to catch the antifreeze?
