I have had good references on the Unichip. My kit did not use the Unichip but a TFS to control the fifth injector. TFS works with load (boost and or throttle position)and rpm. It works ok up to this point (12psi, CR 9 and a bit larger injector than original and high flow high pressure fuel pump) and it can be adjusted with a PC using a software you download. My tibby is a MAP one so the program uses only boost and rpm and starts working with some boost at around 2500 rpm, below that it works with the standard ECU which I have not modify at all.

After I outfit out my car with the main N/A mods my plan is to get the the S-AFC unit and have it tuned to maximize my Air/Fuel ratio. Unless your going for some type of forced induction I don't think its really worth spending $1000+ on one of the ECU upgrades. The Apexi unit should let you squeeze the most HP out of your current mods without breaking the bank.

If your have a turbo/supercharger though, then it would be worth it to go with one of the ECU upgrades. The two best seem to be the Unichip mentioned above and the Haltek....not cheap, but if you spend $3000 on a turbo unit, then you can prolly afford a bit more for the chip!
