Well I put another tranny in with a new XTD clutch.

Clutch pedal feels lighter than the stock clutch.

Could this be a weak PP, or is this normal?

How far up should the clutch pedal be for it to engage on a new clutch?

My clutch pedal is 3/4 up from the top when it engages/disengages.

Has anyone had any of these experiences with the XTD stage 2 clutch?

Also I put in a new fidanza flywheel with the new clutch.

At least yours works.... I had the exact one and it wouldn't grab AT ALL... slipped worse than the stock clutch that I was replacing.... but I'm thinking it was just defective....

If your talking about the pedal pressure feeling easier than im sure its just your imagination because we have hydraulic clutches, you wouldnt really notice the difference, i didnt notice any increased pressure going to a 3 stage, most people dont.

If you had a mustang, or an early prelude, or another car with a clutch cable you would notice a difference.

OH it is lighter than the other clutch that I had.

Also with the setup I listed above the master cylinder couldnt push the rod out far enough to
disengage the clutch or get the car started. So I had to make an extension for the rod, luckly I work in
a machine shop so I can make such thing.

I dont know if there is an adjustment I can do or not.I looked but its all hydrualic, so I couldnt find anywhere I could have the rod push out further so I just made the rod longer w/the extension I made.
