Bad news for now. That guy has some problems with health (kidneys) and he will not work for the factory any more.

I have some thoughts about other ways to do them, so I'm looking, searching... etc.

I'll keep you updated.

GOOD NEWS!!!!!!! smile.gif B)

Found a place where I can do pulleys.
They can do any pulley that you want in any size.
All that I need is good drawing. (they can also do a drawing from a sample, but I don't have samples, so drawings are preferable).

Now I can tell you only approximate prices (for material + work) - for Titanium (for now I'm looking where to buy material) crank pulley it's about $80-110. Alluminium should be about $20 cheaper.

If it helps I can send you full set of stock RD1 pulleys...

Are you going for just lighweigt or lightweight underdrive crank pulleys?

Depending on price I would be in for full RD2 pulleys with additional RD1 crank pulley (well maybe a full set, too)...

I can make autocad drawings but its not like i have a micrometer to measure them with. They'd be close, but not exact.
Also, I'm just a novice to 3d modeling. I can make basic shapes, but if there's a complex curve, I wouldn't be able to immitate it. Nor threadings. As far as I know, they're just circles though.
