I didn't when mine went bad. Especially when it started going bad. It was occasional, and annoying.

alright, I am going to invest in doing plug/wires like I have been meaning to do, then try the TPS, if plugs/wires don't work, then grab a fuel pump if none of that works.

You guys think thad sounds like the sensible thing to do? Does to me.

Thanks REDZ, I'll keep that in mind($20 shipped, sounds good) Is it new? or......

I am still needing to know how often fuel filter should be changed, like I said, it has been changed once since 2002(about 2-3 years ago)

I wouldn't bother with the fuel pump, go to the DIY section and check out the DIY Test I put in there for the pump.

The TPS I have isn't new, but it's the one you want, a Keifco.

Fuel filters are supposed to be 40,000 miles I think.
