guys, I really need your help here...
I just installed Outlaw phenolic spacers + 58mm Bored TB + ported IM,
followed Redz' instructions, and turn on the car...
it starts at ~4K rpm...after a while the rpm hops back and forth between 2500-3500rpm every second...
after about a minute, white/greyish smoke comes out
couple of things i've noticed: exhaust is unusually white; coolant gets hot very quick (less than a minute)
any input would be greatly appreciated!!!
(btw i'm not the smartest person when it comes to car stuff...just an amateur...so please explain in simple terms...thanks!)

Blown head-gasket methinks. Check your engine oil... Is it creamy?
I think it may just be just a coincidence that it occurred after the spacer install. I don't think that it's related.
EDIT*: The rpm hunting at idle may be due to the ECU not having been reset or the throttle cable &/or throttle screw not being adjusted correctly.

Check the following.
1. MAF DIRECTION. Even if you are "Sure" it's on the correct direction, CHECK IT AGAIN. The arrow should be pointing in the direction of the flow of air, towards the TB.
2. Vaccum Leaks. Check and make sure ALL of your vaccum lines are on, and are TIGHT. Double and triple check ALL of them. Make sure EVERY vaccum nipple on the IM is being used.
3. Adjust your throttle and cruise cable, also adjust your idle screw. The spacers push the TB away from the IM about 1/3 of an inch, so the cables need to be lengthened some as I said in the writeup. It's very easy to do, just follow the cables back to the bracket and adjust the double nut set on them to let the TB close fully, there shouldn't be any slack. Then adjust with the idle screw.
4. Reset your ECU.

phew, one of the vacuum line wasn't tightened. so I tightened that, reset ECU, adjusted idle cable, and it's working good now!!
thanks for the quick replies! i really appreciate it!
another question though, what's the best chemical to use for removing a rusted bolt that won't screw off?
I used WD40, and it doesn't work

So what was causing the white exhaust gas then?

Oh, probably the wierd fuel mixture and such for a minute while the car repressurized the fuel line and such after it was drained.
Same happened to mine.
