lol, if you think it's a vacuum leak, then check all of the lines comming from the intake manifold. The manifold generates the vacuum because the pistons pull the air faster then it can refill.

no, that's the evaporative emissions control system purge valve code..

search for "evap" or "P0441" and you'll find a whole lotta stuff you may or may not want to know about the EVAP systems, ways to emilinate it, and ways to TS and correct your problem.

yeah i know...i searched already im not that noob but yes i realize it could be a purge valve problem, but when i hear a hissing sound com from near the manifold makes me think its an air leak causing the code. I can't find any cracks

P0441 Evaporative emission (EVAP) system “ incorrect flow detected Hose connection(s), intake leak, EVAP canister purge valve

which makes me think its more of the intake leak than the purge valve problem but i can't seem to find any cracks or anything in any of my hoses by my intake but i can hear it

or discovering to --- get ready for this --- "leave it the ____ alone!!!!!!!!"

i think your purge might require cleaning. try that, it's free.

Even if its not the problem, if you hear a leak fix that first. Take brakleen and spray it at hoses. When the idle changes a little bit then focus on that line or connection. Or take it somewhere to get smoked but the brakleen works just fine.

purge valve took away the cel....i tested mine by taking it off and blowing into it, and if it passes air uncharged its bad.
