Whats a decent price to pay for a good port and polish job of a spare TB and IM I have laying around?

Define "good." For some jobs, "good" is your neighbor knocking out some casting flash and calling it done for a couple hundred bucks. For some jobs, you're lucky to walk out the door for under $1-2k and flow benches, robot mills and fluid dynamics modeling software are involved.

If you're talking about basic work with a die-grinder and various bits/extenstions..probably about $25 for a TB (tops $50), and $100 (tops 200) for an intake manifold.



If you want it done by a PRO, using something like the extrude hone method, I think they charge $125 for a TB and 4 Cylinder Aluminum EFI Intake manifold is $500-$600 depending on size/compelxity.
