The fluid is fine. I haven't been able to take it back to the shop due to the holidays. I have notice another problem which might help tell me whats wrong... When you accel and you hear the rpm rev, it revs to lets say 3000 then drops to about 2500 and then revs backs up THEN shifts into the next gear. Its hard to discribe but I did my best. I can try to get a sound clip or video but the quilty will not be to good due to the fact that Im using my phone. Another thing, I was wrong about the hot and cold.... the car DOES accel a LITTLE better but not much when its hot.

 

Ye I'd take it back to the place that rebuilt your transmission, hopefully they aren't assholes and look at it.

 

It sounds like it is MOST LIKELY the transmission. take it to the shop! drillsergeant.gif
