It had already been scuffed and crashed in that area so I just adapted it to the hole in the bumper. I will get another bumper eventually but its super kdm dorifto right now.

Bit late to this one, but with air filters, it's all down to preference. Thoise cheap ebay filters, some of which just put a poor quality sponge filter on existing pipes, do little other than add noise, the expensive AEM/K+N etc have been researched to leave filter in the coldest realistic spot, and flow at the correct air/fuel ratio, whislt still doing the imnportant job of filtering crap out. Many cheap ebay ones may still gain a few hp, but let lots more crap through.

On modern engines however, the cramped bay means enclosed boxes can gain more as open filters suffer more and more from heatsoak. my preferance is a K+N panal filtered GK airbox on my RD.

Biggest problem with Hyundai si they they don't have a tuning partner, my Honda has 4 induction upgrades available that are proven to gain, 3 are airboxes, one's a pod, 2 of the airboxes are by Mugen and Spoon, Honda partners, who build parts specially for the car. if Hyundai had a partner like this, it'd be interesting to see which method they prefered
