Ya...I think he got the short end of a stick. That damage is tuning related.

The Haltec he sold you was a spare, mine works fine., I knew there were some issues when I got her and never tended to them right away and drove on a bad tune for a bit and bla blabla... Anyways , It was an impulse buy as I just lost both my parents, leaving me with a shit load of stress so I was about to buy new mitsu convertable to take my mind off it ,but thought I'd have more fun with this,...Well I am fing02.gif I do love this car,and everything (but the motor)is mint,I'm having fun, thats all I care, plus If Ihad bought the mitsu,I'd have an average car,no hoist, and no hobby.
Psi was @ 15.5 when I got her, dameged from shipping, had no storage, took it to my bro inlaws garage(where the trouble started) he's not haltec friendly and the car was stalling out one day, so he did something to the haltec to bring up the idle?, I drove home (hour drive) talked to Gary, He said oh oh!, Plus I was running the track tune and not the street tune He adjusted it to run better but never ran the same since my bro inlaw messed with the haltec... My own fault for that , live and learn.
