Default Pistons pics

Ross makes a wonderfull work and the ETA on these babies was 3 weeks. They are in the builder shop along with all the engine parts getting "the works" before installation on next weekend. Also here is a pic of the "model engine" with the turbo this way the machine shop can make me a downpipe without too much trouble.

I thought it looked like a T3/T4.... smile.gif
Should make some GOOD power everywhere in the rev range. 300 - 350 hp to the wheels should be easy.

Cheauk- It is a hybrid .63 hot side and super h compressor. Did you saw the pic I post for you in the general off topic forum?

Azzy- I got to check out but i'm pretty sure theres nothing to show you yet.

325 WHP is my goal.I don't want more than that.Having this kind of power in a FWD is something to be carefull and to use common sense. Also i'm pretty sure my clutch won't hold.I upgraded from a Clutchmasters stage 3 to 4 but i'm sure it will start to slip past 350 WHP.

Onpol - Decker was wondering How much did the Pistons Cost for the set.

The pistons cost $550 with pins, rings and locks.

The engine is supposed to be done by friday.Installation will take about 2 days. Then i will reprogrammed my Haltech to use the car with the lower boost i can for break in the engine. Then i will take it to the dyno to be tune by a pro.My estimate is a month to start bringing high 12's timeslips to this board if my tranny gives me a break wink
