This Part Is Squeaking In My Transmission.

Vehicle: 1999/Hyundai/Tiburon
When I engage the clutch pedal.. i can hear a squicking like a door hinge . in the winter time its quiet.. but in the summer time it gets really loud. I noticed that its coming from that thing that moves on the transmission(the little actuator almost touching the radiator hose). How can i lube that thing?
