+1 on that. Here's a quick test: turn on the headlights and then try to start the engine. If, while turning the key to start it, you notice that the headlights dim or go out, that's the problem: bad battery!!!! period!! Take the battery to Canadian Tire. They'll check it for free and their computer read-out will confirm that the battery is bad. Post back when you try the headlight test.

Have you checked the troubleshooting procedures for that code and gone through them?
Get under the drivers side of the dash and follow the ECU wiring to where it goes near the UPPER part of the throttle pedal arm. See if when you push on the pedal the arm hits the wiring.
