Opel/Vauxhaul = Daewoo???

Does anyone know whether or not this is true?? Cause this would open up an ass load of possibilities for my engine

Greg you are correct. Daewoo bought all Vauxhalls range of parts etc but they are about 5 years behind the current body's and engines, this was part of the buy over from deawoo who incidently are now bankrupt!?
So yup daewoo does equal vauxhal all be it the older ones. the bodies have only had very minor mods on them compaired to the vauxhalls.
if you look at a very early 90's astra then look at the nubria( i think that is the model ) the shells are the same apart from a few subtle roundings of edges
