At the pressure switch to test the lower block. At the end of the head galley to test the head pressure.
Pressure switches go bad, and are cheap, so buy a new one and see if the light goes away.

24PSI at a warm idle is the spec, I forget if it's at the block or at the head. An old gearhead's rule of thumb is 10PSI per 1000RPM when hot, and always have relatively fresh oil, and you'll be okay with most engines - not sure how well that applies to our hydraulic valvetrain parts.
