so I was right about the hose to connnect it too?

also what size fitment and hose would you guys recommend

Yea, its the hose that comes from the eninge into the intake "breather Hose".

Extend the hoses a bit. You want the hose going from your valve cover to go at a slight down angle. But yes, that's where you stick it.

You can connect both hoses.
-head to intake manifold
-head to intake elbow

As you can see from the drawing shown before, one is for low load operation and the other for high load.
