SOme good info here man, just keep up the investigating.
On the BBTB front, here's what I'd do...
Buy the 61MM Adjustable BBTB and after you turbo it, when you want more power, buy the 65MM Tigerlilly that Kspec.com sells, or the 70MM that Iceman is going to be selling for us, then sell the other. The market for used parts for us is pretty good, and you can definately make back some of your money.
It's been proven, in the old days, that 62MM is as high as we want to go for a NA BBTB. The Airram is at 68MM and can be bored out a bit more, but it doens't matter if the IM is a bigger size than the TB, as the air volume is not controled at the IM inlet, but at the TB. Bigger would be better, especially for future upgrades, when considering the IM's.

So KSpec still sells the 58-61mm adjustable from RSide? I guess through special order, have to make a mental note of that for later.
For 1500.00, assuming you have all the turbo parts, I would definitely get stronger forged low compression pistons and stronger valves. Wiseco and Ferrera are good choices. Since you have a shop, rip out the engine all together. Tear it down, clean it, do some headwork, clean the ports and polish them along with the combustion chamber, and drop in the pistons/valves. Should be good for 350 to the wheels then. If I'm not mistaken, next part that comes into play is the axles, especially if your using slicks. Stage III Clutch is necessary as well. Maybe run some nitrous into the intercooler, that is also fun. smile.gif

k, intake manifold has been ordered, UR pulley has been ordered, now im gonna be ordering the 60mm throttle body from HP.com. Im just gonna sell it later on down the road and buy that 70mm one as soon as it is in stock on Kspec.com and just set it aside till the turbo goes on.
Question about cams, so the best for turbo setup would be the 1.8 L cam?

The CAMs you were talking about would be best if you are looking for a beast of a Tiburon that is not really street drivable. For daily driveable then yes the 1.8l or the XD cam would be the best. The 1.8L is proven not to injure your engine. The XD cam people havemixed feelings about how it wears your engine.
yeah i have heard mixed feelings thats why the XD cam was not really an option in my mind. Where can i order the 1.8 L cam from?? later on down the road after i get my second vehicle(other then a motorcycle, just bought an 04, i hate riding in the rain) then i will drop some heavier cams in it.
