Naturally Apirated HP Goal.
Hyundai NA engines for rallies reach 260HP so there is a parameter for everybody. How much???? Who knows, they probably cast different heads for them according to some comments on the Tiby head.
Accent turbo WRC rally car 300HP.Limited by the rules???? Of course!

Tiburon Rally car in the states is good for 400 HP. There are no HP restrictions. Just traction restrictions. Any more HP and they would not be able to transfer the power to the road (gravel, mud, etc..etc..etc.)
Yes, there are racing engines that their life span is measured in hrs of racing, I imagine in 1/4 is even worse.
In rallye the engine has to be a lot more endurance oriented (thousand miles on very demanding terrain and engine fluctations, acceleration and decelaration from very fast to very slow) therefore they need a flatter torque curve since they need high torque in the whole rpm range. Rallye engines in my concept are more in line with what Id like for my car.
