by the way, I wondered about how to install the intercooler(Aluminium) which mostly use in an turbo

engined..but I would like to install it in my n/a engine just for make me looking good at all...

Why? So that people can just laugh at you everytime they see your car?

If you slap on an interfooler on there, I'll find you and burn your tib smile.gif

If you want looks, get mesh infront of your bumper.

no offense man but that is the stupidest thing I have ever herd of. a non-funcional "interfooler" is like making a honda into a bmw its still slow and has the apperance of a fast car. why dont you put a fake rocket booster on the back of your car if you want to look fast. but on a serious note, if you want an intercooler then go turbo if not then leave that to the turbo people and buy 2.00 usd gutter gaurd and make a grill for the bottom if you want ill give you step by step instructions on it and it will look like this

having an intercooler for an n/a tib doesn't really do much in hp compared with a cai... maybe even losing some

so, if you just like to install one for the looks, then it's really not the best idea... you're just fooling yourself and you will look really bad and stupid when others find out

 

well, people dont need to be soo harsh, even tho this is a pretty n00bish question, and searches wouldnt have yielded many results.

but, i would say a definate NO for the fake intercooler, and if you were to do it just for looks, dont use it as your CAI, you will lose HP most likely. if you put on a fake IC, then please plan to turbocharge your car. also if you have a fake IC, people will think your boosted, and if heaven forbid, you street race, you will be smoked.

also, grill mesh will be ALOT cheaper, and yield the same 'looks' results.

 

Yea Idk if mounting a dummy intercooler is a good idea, youll just get a bad name for yourself, but hey whatever floats your boat.

I agree with everyone else on this one. Please don't do it, probally the riceiest thing possible.
