I called my dad to see what sort of grease he thought should go on the input shaft. He said just about anything, but only a little bit. Axle grease? Sure.

He also said since grease attracts dirt and the bellhousing is a dirty place, you might want to put it on there dry.

What says the RDT community?

Put a little just on the splines. Too much and it'll sling all over your clutch.

and put some mobil 1 sys grease on the TOB sleave. and on the fork and all pivot points

case closed
