the hunting idle sounds more like a bad Throttle Position Sensor than a PCV.

Sorry guys I didn't see your responses until now. They charged me $90 just to tell me what was wrong and I needed the Tib to get to work and with the pinched nerve in my back(i think)/wrapped up wrist(bad fall)/99 degrees at midnight I wasn't prepared to do it myself at that moment so I shelled out the extra $50 for them to do it.

As far as the PCV... that's what they said they fixed and the Tib is running good as new so if they did extra work I sure wasn't charged/notified. I should mention that since my mom's freaking Taurus goes in so often and I bring in the Tib/dad's ranger/sister's honda for things like timing belts and tires I get discounts/free work sometimes. Thanks guys!
