Default Low oil lights

I often wondered why Hyundai never included a low oil light on the dash like many other car makers do. Then again maybe its a good thing since I know tiburons specifically run low on oil sometimes and have HLA tick from oil starvation. So the light would be on all the time.

Cost-per-car issue, I suspect.

I'd like to get an oil pressure switch that activates at a higher amount of oil pressure, so I have a bit of advance warning when the engine fucks up. Rather than getting a light turn on when there's only 2-3 psi of frothy oil left.

My 01 Tiburon has a low oil light on the right side of the dash in between the brake and engine light.
