Ok well I cleaned my Engine Bay up yesterday and it looked so much better and I was very pleased. I drove around last night and when I met with a few friends I popped the hood and noticed that there was (what looked like oil) leaking from those three bolts (red circled) at the front of the engine....

Dirty:

Clean:

Could the bolts just be loose and need to be torqued down? or is it something else? I want to torque it down to see if that solves the problem but what is the torque setting for those bolts?

That torques down the valve cover gasket. It really doesn't matter what you torque those to, as long as they're not finger loose the gasket shouldn't leak.

If you wanna be picky about the torque settings for them, go hmaservice.com and look it up.

Gasket might be bad, it happens. I'd tighten them down good and snug, clean it up, and if it does leak again, replace the gasket.

Valve cover gasket. Head gasket is further down in the motor.

When you buy a new valve cover gasket, if you get the "full" valve cover gasket set, it will include the rubber washers that go under those bolts. As well as some others like for the spark plug tubes.
