As far as I can tell, you could
a) Be prepared to wait for at least one or two months till the CAI Dyno Show (When SharkRacing, Kore, AEM, Injen, MHP, AOS, any other?) will be tested, or ...

cool.gif You can choose right now the RS CAI (it's not a typo error, It's not SharkRacing CAI, but RANDOM SPECIAL CAI), built it your self and voi lā you got your cai.

There are a couple of CAIs ready, like Injen, AOS, MHP, but they are expensive and we don't know how well they will perform. The Random Special should perform at least as good as them, and it's not expensive.

Or, if you are going to wait for the almighty SR CAI, and are too lazy to make a Random Special, try the "snorkus" mod. (try a search for it) Damn, I'm so excited about actually doing it than the amount of gain.

First of all DO NOT GET THE WEAPON R If your gonna do that just go by yourself a K&N and stick it at the end of the MAF, save ya some money.

Or do a DIY Random CAI:

The AOS Intake by far is the least expensive out of the manufactured intakes. I payed $145 for mines. I had it for about five months, and I love that intake!! Good increase in HP and a very meancing sound.

Here's the info. I'll post this everywhere it's relavent.

I emailed SR on Friday morning, got the email back tonight.

Here's my email...

Subject: Product question.

Hello, all of us would like to know when the SR CAI is coming out. We've been asking in the fourms for awhile with no answer. I'm patient, I just want to know when so I can make sure everything is ready.

Also, the last newsletter that was sent out I did not get. Can you send me a copy please?

Lastly, is a new members site being worked on? Ordring and stuff I mean?

Thank you for your help.

Here was the answer. I love how ... short they are.

As the webpage for the CAI states, it should be ready the first couple weeks of June. By members site, do you mean ordering pages? There will be a new one sometime this summer after the website is redesigned.

Thanks,
Customer Service

When did they do the page? It wasn't up a few days ago and this makes it sound like I'm an idiot for asking, it's been up for months!

Here's the webpage and what it says...

CAI Webpage

The new SR line of Cold Air Intakes will be completed shortly. The lineup will consist of:

1997-2001 Hyundai Tiburon
1996-2000 Hyundai Elantra
1995-1999 Hyundai Accent
2003 Hyundai Tiburon V6
2003 Hyundai Tiburon 4cyl.
2001-2003 Hyundai Elantra
Daewoo Lanos
Kia Sephia

The first ones to come out will be the Tiburon and Elantra Cold Air Intakes. They will go on sale around the second week of June.

A long tube is to get air that is not the hot risen air from your engine bay.
