Man, I'm at a complete loss. Have you tried some injector cleaner?

i know my injectors are fine i got them tested they are pumping out 85psi's i believe

Your injectors got tested. How? Before or after your problem? Did you take them out or someone else?

they were checked by my mechanic when he did the MAF and exaust gasket
he origanally thought i had i fuel problem before my car stopped idling
i didnt do anything
Yea i might have beaten on it but who doesnt

Well, your injectors may be toast or clogged up now from your episode. Spend 5 bucks, get a can of B12 Chemtool, put it in your tank.

like i have said before i am very sure my car is running rich
in the mourning when i first start my car and manual idle it for a few minutes,
i back out and all i smell is gas.

They run rich stock. It's a fact. Unless they sent you a special one of a kind ECU.

Have you reset your ECU?

You might wanna think about a SAFC to tune down the fuel a bit.
