ok my car was misfiring and I replaced the plugs and plug wires. Now it's not idleing properly and won't accelerate much if I'm below 2k rpms. Also it will almost die if I just let off the gass from 3k rpms. (the idle will drop to 500rpms) can anyone tell me wtf is wrong with my tib?

First, double, then TRIPLE check your MAF.

Look at your TPS. Ensure both screws are there.

Then see brand it is. If it's the Dae Sung, Hyundai has to replace it for free with a Keifco.

Just call up the dealer, tell them what code you have, and that you have an old Dae Sung TPS (I bet you do).

Make an appointment and get in and get it replaced. It is FREE. Make sure you tell them you looked up the TSB on it and you know it's free.

mods?

if you have a cai id check for leaks, it sounds like the maf isnt getting a correct reading on the air. if you have a cai tighten the couplers. if you have a stock box, make sure its not leaking.

check the wires on both the tps and the maf, as well as the arrow on the maf is pointing in the right direction.

That one is the best but it can go bad also.

Why haven't you taken it to the dealer?
