DenisST99's got a nice injector flowbench at his shop. I'll take some pictures next time I go there.

He tested 4 Beta1 injectors, and they came out at 255-260cc.

Random, I'm very happy to see you around here again wink1.gif Red is still around too?! We never heard from him after he was done with his motor and installing the Haltech... what happened? Any chance getting him here?

What flow rates do we know for SURE for what injectors?

What OEM injectors do we know FOR SURE can fit the beta 1 rail/runners and wiring harness. If they fit the Rail/Runners but not the harness, can we just splice?

Ok... ive edited all the pointless crap here...

Stay on topic..

Anymore non topic stuff or people claiming they are "intimidating" others will get B1tch slapped with a warning...

The harness on the beta II is not the same as the beta I.. yes they can be spliced and switched...

The Beta 1 injectors are 238cc, all you have to do is look at the part number on the side of the injector and go to THIS website and look the part number up, I did this and the beta 1 injectors came up 238cc.

How come they get 255cc then on the bench here? I saw it with my own eyes wink1.gif

The bench is VERY cool; it's made in-house, and very complete. I'll take pics once I get my camera.

Nice find.

I just did a search for HYUNDAI on there and came up with this.

Part #------------LB/HR-cc/Min---Impedance Application
0-280-150-742 18.25--191.8 - - High ----- Hyundai 4-1.5l, 4-1.6l
0-280-150-745 22.35--234.9 - - High ----- Hyundai 4-1.6l, 4-1.8l, v6-3.0l
0-280-150-746 26.35--276.9 - - High ----- Hyundai 4-2.4l
0-280-150-754 22.65--238.1 - - High ----- Hyundai 4-2.0l
0-280-150-773 14.25--149.8 - - High ----- Hyundai 1.5l
0-280-150-776 18.25--191.8 - - High ----- Hyundai 1.5l

There is also a nice chart at the end of that page for HP per Injector by Flow Rate.

Hope this helps. I did take some info out, but it's on that page.

Still.

What fits our fuel rail and runners?

i don,t have print outs for the injectors flow bench, but could probably take pics of the graduated cylinder when the test is done,
the test i've made were all at 43.5 psi wich is the standard

Agarwal will bring in another set of injectors so i'll flow then to comfirm my previous numbers

injectors that'll fit the Beta1 are readily available, older mustang, camaro,GN's are bolt on
but be aware that stock camaro our mustang are quite small (around 200cc)
but upgraded ones are easy to get

That website must not be that accurate. then Since we've now have 3 different sets of injectors flow tested, the lowest reading is 245cc....
