Default Ebay Help For Ya'll...

But mad, he's got a rebuilt title, which usually means it's been Written off and then he fixed it up. No factory warranties, once it falls into that title. Up here in Canada anyway, I'm sure it's the same for the US. Cuz you have no idea what they did to get that car back on the road again.
Even if it's like 10k's, all warranty is void

Thanks guys but i was able to fix it by myself. It was small mechanical problem after spending couple hours understanding how mechanism was working it was very easy to fix it. Problem was in small steel bushing on shifter. Bushing was dislocated on one side while it supposed to be one the middle. I just pushed it back and everything now working great.
Thanks for all your help.

well this problem sure isn't a GK or RD thing. I got it as far as getting to release my key and it wouldn't matter anyway the body type. of course it won't release period after the tranny swap.

Just FYI to the comments that just brush him off like their too good to brainstorm. Dealerships would laugh in my face if I ask for help after what I've done to the car.

even though the problem was fixed another way this can happen is when the key is badly worn. i had this problem with a different car of mine, new key fixed it.

i had this problem before on a different car. i used to show off by driving the car and jerking the key out and talling my passengers to hold it for me. then the whole ignition that the key went in started coming out and it just got funnier. THEN ONE DAY... i turned the car on and the ignition caused a short and kept the starter running. burnt the starter out, replaced the ignition column (had a new key to it so i had to carry three keys to one car), and my windshield was broken by the people that were fixing it. they claimed the typical phrase "were not responsible for damage done in our parking lot". so i told them i'll never go back. a couple weeks later the guy admitted that he did it by accident. sucked...
