took us all of 10 minutes to get the car up and the tires off and the axles pulled....my damn axle seals will not budge!!!! how the FFFFF do you get these damn things out? i know they are just supposed to pull out but we have tried everything to pull these bastards out...

weve made sure we were pulling straight out always and have tried several tools....

i need help ASAP guys...thanks

use a screw driver and pry them out that is the only way unless you break the tranny open an push them out with a 31mm socket..

we made a little tool and now its a breeze to pull them out...thanks for the help anyways...lates

Pulling them out with a screwdriver is easy, but knocking them back in while the tranny is still in the car is kinda difficult. Make sure you don't tear the seal trying to get them back in.

as they have said, only tool u need is a flat head screw driver, takes a whooping 10 sec's. lol

for re-install, use a large socket almost as large as the seal itself, and tap it it evenly. works great.

anytime i pull an axle for any reason, i replace my axle seals, ive had to many times in the past where they would leak after pulling an axle, so its just worth it to spend the 4 bux on the damn seal to not have the grief of it maybe leaking.
