Only 15 hours left, still need opinins.

2.5" exhaust or
2.25" exhaust with the 2.5" cat, which would be better with an AUTO!

I already have the cat and its getting done tommorow so these two options are my only choices.

With the Auto, go with the 2.25.. That simple. Unless you plan on going with any Forced induction.. 2.25 is suffice.

These people who says that 2.5" pipe is OK probably have manual trans. Tibby. 2.5" is OK with manual because person behind the wheel has the total control over the car. On the other hand, you cannot do much with automatic transmission. I also have auto trans. and I tested my car with both 2.5 and 2.25. Trust me, you really need 2.25 with auto trans.

I would still go with 2.25 with manual trans though.

As I told you before, 2.5 CAT will fit PERFECTLY with 2.25 exhaust. That is the standard and nicest set up you can do to your NA Auto Tibby.

You are lucky that the shop doesn't complain you about replacing your stock CAT. In Cali, they bitch like a little baby about illegalities, shop regulation, and all other crap they can think of as a reason why they cannot replace my CAT... I end up using stock CAT ~~

It's in , and it sounds like crap, I think the muffler is vibrating against the bumper and its making it sound horrible, and its to figgin loud, I need a glasspack. Plus my check engine light is on cause they ran the car with out the O2 Sensors in the car so now I have to go to Hyundai and have them reset the ECU and make sure the O2 sensors are in the right place and not put in backwards

Actually it might not be your muffler hitting with bumper... I thought that it was the case before (I also heard horrible noise from my muffler), but the result end up being the glasspack inside muffler vibrating...
