I have the Fram Sure Drain easy oil drainage plug in my tib... yes, it's marginally easier to change my oil... but it drains at about a 1/4 flow... aka, it takes a while. Is it worth it? maybe if you overfill often... but other than that... no.
I don't think I'd trust this to not accidentally drain my oil on the highway... stranger things have happened. At least the Fram thing has a cap to prevent accidental spillage.

I've got the Fram one, and I liked it at first, now it's a PITA. I need a normal plug again.
The cap won't come off by hand, I have to use a wrench. Now the wrench usually takes the whole plug out. When it doesn't, the hose constantly comes off while I'm tightening it down to drain, usually making a huge mess.

Fumoto is known for truck oil-change valves. I have one for my 99 Elantra sitting on my desk right now. Made out of brass, with a ball valve. Too bad it won't look pretty after it's been installed.

I think it's a really cool idea, but I'd rather have my magnetic plug in there. It hardly pulls anything out now but when I first started using it on my tib at ~80k, holy crap so much metal came out I was really starting to worry. anyways go for a magnetic plug instead of this. prolonging engine life vs. saving 5 minutes.....
