and yes, there are subtle differences between the RD1 and the RD2.. the 99ers are the ones who get really messed with.. as the transition year, some parts from the RD1 fit the 99 and some parts from the RD2 fit it as well. Whenever I order parts I have to give the build date so they can order the correct parts for my car.
