Default Good idea?

Since i want to install a fan for my intercooler i was thinking of getting an OEM Fan
I dont have A/C in my car but do have space on the Radiator to put the other fan.
It already has the jack to plug it in.
I can get one at the wreckers for $30,and figured it will do the job
All i would have to do is run a seperate switch to turn it on and off

It would work fine. When letting my engine cool down at idle, I turn on the AC. That kicks off the second fan and QUICKLY lowers the temp in my coolant.
