Gk Trans On Betta 1 Engine?

well was taking apart the engine on my tiburon and when i got to the trans, It had a stamp that said GK2.0 does that mean it has the trans of the GK? if so what are the up's and downs?

it's not a GK trans. not sure why they have that stamped on it but my stock 2000 tib has the same stamp, as with many that i have seen.
