Hi... Last week I just get my WALBRO 255L Fuel Pump installed....

Now I have a question.... How Do I know if the Fuel Pump is working correctly?? in other words.. how do I know if it is pushing all the 255L or full capacity?

Yeap... my car turns on... and I also has an FPR... both of them work....

The matter of fact is that I feel the car hesitating when accelerating before 3000RPM... but it doesn't feel as the normal lag of the turbo.... but it happens from time to time...

Ok. I bought a modified ECU that I can take out and reprogram the ROM (chip)...

I have the 50lbs fuel injectors runing at 35 PSI on idle with a FPR 1:1 on boost...

I got a new data yesterday so in the afternoon I will try the new data and raise the Fuel pressure to see if the problem dissapear.

but you got any idea???

did you have a wideband to confirm what happens overall? but mainly focused on what's going on around the hesitating part... you'll figure it out from there

btw, whats the details on your ecu there?

Ok.. Just a couple of hours ago, I have reprogramed the ROM(chip) with a new data... It' seems that the problem was tuning... I'm on 40PSI right now on the FPR and boosting 12PSI.... running a little rich... so everything its ok... at the moment.....

well... I really don't remember how I found this guy.... As I do a flashback, a partner from Peru give me his mail.

This guy live in Korea... its amazing.... he has a lot of patience... and work with me getting a perfect data...

I will upload some picture of the ECU later... it has a "chip adapter"... I take it out, and reprogram it with a new data that he send me by email. I just tell him what happening to the engine...

Teh car right now its a little rich.. I will go to the DYNO tomorrow and get some A/F ratios... I will send it to him and give me a last data...

its so easy.....

Here are some pics...

OEM ECU

Modified ECU

MIdified ECU + ROM
