IAC is the Idle Air Controller

"Definition: An electrically-operated valve which allows air to bypass the throttle plate in a fuel injected engine to regulate engine idle speed."

In our cars the IAC is that Bosch unit atattached the back of the IM (Intake Manifold) on the firewall side

was this like this before (the rpms take forever to go down while declerating to a stop) or is it just recently? if yes, how long ago and how often does it happen?

is your cel on? if yes, have you read the code?

if you have cleaned the IAC and it is still has the same problem, then maybe the TPS is at fault... can you check if you have Dae Sung or a Kefico one?
