i'm going to put a new clutch soon in the car but i was thinking of lightening the stock flywheel or buying a lightweight flywheel like the XTD one on ebay

i was wondering if XTD or f1 racing are any good ? or the oem reduced in weight ?

it may seem cheap but i don't want to put the 350$ for the fidanza so what would be the best "cheap" solution...

i just want a better rpm control.... i find that it go down realy realy slowly sad.gif

I've got the 11lb XTD Chrom-moly flywheel in my Tib. It's a great upgrade for not that much money, I love it, and Ive had no problems whatsoever with it.fing02.gif

go with the fidanza, there great flywheels, even lighter then the XTD set up, and the fidanza has a replaceable friction surface so it can last forever, the XTD can only be resurfaced, and that can only be done so many times.

oyea, and southbend clutch FTW!

The flywheel will help, but it's your IAC that is really limiting your decelerating.
