Default Flooding the engine

Is it possible to flood a beta engine with too much gas, or does the electronic fuel injection and the ECU control that from ever happening? I know in the days of carberators, that used to happen alot because people would have to pump the gas to get the engine started.

Unless there's another underlying issue (leaking injector, etc.), no you cannot flood a Beta engine.
